Sports Registration Information
Here’s what you need to do:

1) Go to: https://students.arbitersports.com/programs/meridian-hs-athletic-activity-registration-2025-26

3) Either create a new account or log in. Please note this registration system is new to FCCPS, so if your athlete did not play a sport in FALL OR WINTER OF THIS SCHOOL YEAR, you will need to create a new account.

4) Once your account is set up and you are logged in, you will see an option at the bottom of the page under “Programs” that says, “Meridian HS Athletic & Activity Registration 2025-2026” Click on that. Follow the prompts to register your athlete.

Part of the registration process includes submitting a physical examination, which must be SUBMITTED ON A 2025 VHSL PHYSICAL FORM. Any physical that is performed after May 1st, 2025 will be on a 2025 physical form. You can find the form here: https://www.vhsl.org/vhsl-physical-form/. Most sports also require a baseline concussion test, which takes about 30 minutes and can be done in your home on your student’s computer. The directions have to be followed EXACTLY or your student-athlete WILL NOT HAVE A VALID CONCUSSION TEST. 

The completion of a valid physical, sports registration and a valid concussion test are required for participation in both offseason workouts and for tryouts. Please allow the athletic department up to two weeks to clear individuals as there will be hundreds of student-athletes to process.
